First Drafts: Get Off Yer Duff

We all have this problem. OK, most of us have this problem. Certainly I have this problem: getting that first draft done.

Thanks for the link. It's good to know that virtually every writer struggles with the first draft. I just start rambling about a character in first person until I inevitably switch to third person when the story demands it.

I tend to struggle all the way through my first draft. The rewrite the story keeping elements I liked.

Only once this second draft is done, do I revise and edit. :-)
