Storms of Denali: A Rip-Roaring Adventure for Xmas!

 
Many years ago, I worked as an editor of a sometimes-insane outdoor weekly. The debut novel of another alumnus of that nuthouse, Nicholas O'Connell, The Storms of Denali, is a rip-roaring mountain-climbing adventure that would make a great Christmas gift, stocking stuffer, or guilty pleasure for your own good self. Been too long since I dropped by (because I've been gettin' my butt kicked by life) Hope you're well.

Also, I coulda sworn I followed your blog already although maybe I just assumed that your previous blog carried over to this one.

The only grown-up book I've got on my list for Christmas is Julian Barnes' The Sense of an Ending. I'll have to see if I can still remember how to read literary fiction or any story that doesn't feature superpowers.
